Product Description

It is used for cracking the hard shell of fruits, retain complete buckwheat kernels. It is main equipment of buckwheat processing. 

 

The equipment consists of feed hopper, hulling room, drive gear and rack. The raw material from the feed hopper into the hulling room, the raw material will roll and move among the upper fixed plate and under fixed plate are rotating relatively.

 

The shell of fruits were cracked, the buckwheat kernels and the shell were thrown straight among the fixed plate,they through the discharge hole below hulling room and outflow.
