Workflow:

1.Feeding: The candies are automatically arranged by the sugar sorting tray, and the single or double-layer wrapping paper (such as PVC film) is conveyed synchronously1.

2.Detection and cutting: The photoelectric sensor tracks the color mark positioning, and the rotating blade accurately cuts the wrapping paper to ensure that there are no empty packages.

3.Twist sealing: After the candies are fixed by the sugar clamp, the upper and lower symmetrical twisting hands (twist heads) rotate synchronously to complete the double-end twist.

4.Output: The finished products are brushed to prevent sticking and collected by the output tray.
