Introduction:
Pillow Packaging Machine is a horizontal continuous motion automatic packaging equipment, which forms a cylindrical bag through a film roll, wraps the product and heat-seals both ends, resembling a pillow (hence the name "pillow").

Workflow (taking bread packaging as an example):
1. The roll film enters the former through the guide roller → the film is folded into a cylinder.
2. The bread is fed into the cylindrical film from the feed line, and the photoelectric eye detects the product and then positions it.
3 The longitudinal sealing wheel heats and presses the overlapping edges of the film → forming a continuous tube bag.
4. The horizontal sealing knife rotates or reciprocates:
· The top seal of the previous bag + the bottom seal of the next bag are completed at the same time;
· The knife has a cutter inside, which cuts synchronously → separates the single bag.
5. The finished product is sent to the cartoning machine by the output belt or collected manually.
