Main structure and principle:

Working principle:
*The motor is driven by the triangle belt, so that the rotor component rotates at a high speed, and the fruit enters the machine evenly from the feed port. The feed blade spirally transmits the material to the beater rod. Under the action of the beater rod, the material is rammed. Due to the existence of centrifugal force, the SAP and meat in the material (pulp) enter the next process through the sieve hole on the screen, and the core, skin, seed and fruit slag are discharged from the pulp pulp leaf, so as to realize the automatic separation of pulp and slag.
*The size of the screen is determined according to the type of material. If the two structures of the double beater are beater structure, the size of the two screen is slightly smaller than the size of the first screen.
