It is used for making good quality pure or compound chocolate enrobing. It can be fixed on the SG30 chocolate machine or remove for washing very easily.

Reset the desired temperature to the working temperature of your chocolate. You can check the following temperature for reference:
31°C to 32°C for pure chocolate;
29°C to 32°C for milk chocolate;
27°C to 28°C for white chocolate.
