Usage:

Suitable for chocolate that requires constant heating temperature and continuous stirring, making it convenient for customers to make chocolate models and produce shiny chocolate blocks.

Operation step:

1.    Fill chocolate chips to the machine. TPP-08 can contain approximately 6kgs chocolate. TPP-15 can contain approximately 6kgs chocolate. This is depending on the size of chocolate chips.

2.    Cover the vat with lid.

3.    Set the desired temperature at 40°C to 45°C according to the tempering instructions.

4.    The chocolate will be completely melted after 2 to 3 hours, which is depending on the surrounding temperature.
