Working principle:
1. Motor drive: The motor drives the scraper or rotor parts installed on the spline shaft through the belt drive, so that the scraper or rotor parts installed on the spline shaft rotate at high speed.
2. Material processing: The crushed fruit enters the machine from the feed port, and the pulp retaining plate evenly distributes the material between the scraper and the screen.
3. Centrifugal force: The material moves between the scraper and the screen, and is crushed by the centrifugal force. The juice and flesh (already in pulp) pass through the screen holes and enter the next process, while the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag bucket.
4. Two-way linkage: The double-way pulping machine repeats the above process in linkage. The mesh size of the second pulping is smaller, which further refines the pulp.
