Introduction:
This fruit and vegetable washing and drying production line is specially designed for efficient cleaning, grading, screening and surface dehydration of fruit and vegetable raw materials. It adopts a three-stage process of bubble cleaning → vibration screening → air drying and dehydration. It is suitable for the industrial pretreatment needs of diversified materials such as leafy vegetables, berries, roots and tubers, and can significantly improve cleanliness and processing efficiency.
Production line collaborative workflow:

1. Loading → Bubble cleaning (removing sand/impurities) → Vibrating screen (grading/secondary impurity removal) → Air drying (surface dehydration) → Discharging.
2. Extended configuration: can be connected to ozone sterilizer, metal detector or vacuum packaging machine to form a complete processing chain.

Bubble Washing Machine

1. Multi-stage cleaning tank: stepped tank design, the material is lifted step by step with the water flow to achieve continuous cleaning.
2. High-pressure aeration system: aeration pipes are installed at the bottom to produce dense bubbles and peel off attached pollutants (such as mud and sand in the folds of strawberries).
3. Filtered circulating water: equipped with suspended matter filtration device to reduce water consumption (water saving rate ≥ 40%).
4. Applicable materials: leafy vegetables (spinach, lettuce), berries (blueberries, grapes), mushrooms and other fragile fruits and vegetables.

Horizontal Roller cleaning machine

1.Vibration and mesh aperture are used to remove moisture from the surface of fruits and vegetables, and to remove fine impurities.

2. Eccentric wheel vibration system: adjustable amplitude and frequency to prevent material accumulation or screen clogging.

3. Tilt angle adjustment: the screen body tilt angle is adjustable from 0 to 15° to adapt to materials with different fluidity.

Drying Machine

1. Multi-layer wind speed adjustment: tunnel-type structure, wind speed changes from high to low gradient, to prevent strong wind from damaging tender fruits and vegetables.

2. Temperature control system: optional cold air (25-30ºC) or hot air (50-60ºC) mode, adapted to different processing needs.

3. Applicable scenarios: ready-to-eat clean vegetables, quick-frozen pretreatment, dehydrated fruit and vegetable raw materials, etc.
