Main structure and principle:
This machine has a single, double two models, when used for stone fruit (such as mango) beater, choose a single core beater, as long as the core structure of the rotor and screen, you can remove the core, skin, meat into the next process; Change to beater structure of the rotor, can be peeled beater; If the choice of double core beater, the first way for the core structure, two for the beater structure, you can achieve the core (first way), peeling beater (two way); If it is used for beater of berries and benevolence, whether single or double path is selected, the rotor will be replaced by beater structure, which can work.

Working principle:
The motor is driven by the triangle belt, so that the rotor component rotates at a high speed, and the fruit enters the machine evenly from the feed port. The feed blade spirally transmits the material to the beater rod. Under the action of the beater rod, the material is rammed. Due to the existence of centrifugal force, the SAP and meat in the material (pulp) enter the next process through the sieve hole on the screen, and the core, skin, seed and fruit slag are discharged from the pulp pulp leaf, so as to realize the automatic separation of pulp and slag.
The size of the screen is determined according to the type of material. If the two structures of the double beater are beater structure, the size of the two screen is slightly smaller than the size of the first screen.
