Introduction:
The fruit Pulping Machine uses mechanical force to crush, squeeze and screen fruits and vegetables to achieve pulp and residue separation. The core function is to extract fine pulp/vegetable pulp while removing seeds, skins, coarse fibers and other residues.
Core functions:
1. Crushing + beating: high-speed rotating blades/scrapers instantly crush the raw materials and beat them into a uniform pulp.
2. Automatic separation of skin, core and seeds: centrifugal force + screen is used to send the pulp through the mesh to the next process, and the residue and core are discharged from the tail.
3. Adjustable screen: 0.3-15 mm multiple apertures, can switch to different finenesses such as tomato pulp, mango pulp, concentrated apple puree, etc.
