Introduction:
This washing and drying production line is specially designed for the efficient cleaning and surface treatment of fruit and vegetable raw materials. It adopts a three-stage process of bubble cleaning → deep brush cleaning → air drying and dehydration. It is suitable for processing scenarios with high cleanliness requirements such as leafy vegetables, root vegetables, and fruits.
Production line collaborative workflow:

 1. Loading → Bubble cleaning (removing dust/sand) → Horizontal roller cleaning (deep decontamination/polishing) → Air drying (surface dehydration) → Discharging.
2. Customized expansion: can be connected to a sorting machine, metal detector or packaging machine to form a complete processing line.

Bubble Washing Machine

1. Multi-stage cleaning tank: stepped tank design, the material is lifted step by step with the water flow to achieve continuous cleaning.
2. High-pressure aeration system: aeration pipes are installed at the bottom to produce dense bubbles and peel off attached pollutants (such as mud and sand in the folds of strawberries).
3. Filtered circulating water: equipped with suspended matter filtration device to reduce water consumption (water saving rate ≥ 40%).
4. Applicable materials: leafy vegetables (spinach, lettuce), berries (blueberries, grapes), mushrooms and other fragile fruits and vegetables.

Horizontal Roller cleaning machine

1. Counter-rotating brushes: Two sets of horizontal brush rollers rotate in opposite directions, and the material rolls in the gap between the brushes, cleaning without dead corners.
2. Adjustable pressure design: The brush contact pressure is adjusted by air pressure or counterweight to adapt to different hard and soft materials (such as tomatoes vs. sweet potatoes).
3. Spraying assistance: The top high-pressure spray pipe is flushed synchronously to avoid secondary contamination.
4. Applicable materials: roots (carrots, potatoes), fruits (pumpkins, winter melons), citrus (oranges, grapefruits), etc.

Drying Machine

1. Multi-layer wind speed adjustment: tunnel-type structure, wind speed changes from high to low gradient, to prevent strong wind from damaging tender fruits and vegetables.

2. Temperature control system: optional cold air (25-30ºC) or hot air (50-60ºC) mode, adapted to different processing needs.
