Reset the desired temperature to the working temperature of your chocolate. You can check the following temperature for reference:
31°C to 32°C for pure chocolate;
29°C to 32°C for milk chocolate;
27°C to 28°C for white chocolate.

This equipment is special designed base on Italy and UK chocolate processing and handling technology in lab scale application. The machine is made of SUS304. It is used for making good quality pure or compound chocolate enrobing. It can be fixed on the SG30 chocolate machine or remove for washing very easily.

Usage: Suitable for chocolate that requires constant heating temperature and continuous stirring, making it convenient for customers to make chocolate models and produce shiny chocolate blocks.
Operation step:

1. Fill chocolate chips to the machine. TPP-08 can contain approximately 6kgs chocolate. TPP-15 can contain approximately 6kgs chocolate. This is depending on the size of chocolate chips.
2. Cover the vat with lid.
3. Set the desired temperature at 40°C to 45°C according to the tempering instructions.
4. The chocolate will be completely melted after 2 to 3 hours, which is depending on the surrounding temperature.
