Features:


The spiral braided conveyor belt is used to lift the material. Before the material goes to the next process, the sediment and other impurities attached to the surface of the material can be cleaned before the material enters the next supply and demand.



The loading end of the lifting and conveying device is placed in the cleaning tank to integrate cleaning and lifting. There is a filter box outside the cleaning tank to facilitate the separation of materials, water and impurities.



The bottom of the tank is equipped with an air pipe. The surface of the air pipe is perforated. After the high-pressure gas is generated by the vortex air pump, it is transported into the air pipe through the pipeline. When it enters the water, it generates high-pressure air waves. The water flows up and down to flush the materials.


An automatic spray system is equipped at the lifting point of the equipment and the upper part of the entire tank. The spray ports are staggered with the lower air pipe outlet, which can form a staggered water flow in the water, thereby generating a vortex and enhancing the cleaning effect.
