Features:

Working Principle:
The semi-automatic turntable hose filling and sealing machine uses a dividing mechanism to drive the turntable equipped with a fixture to make intermittent movements.
1. Manual tube loading: The operator places the hose in the fixture of the turntable.
2. Automatic filling: The turntable drives the hose to move to the filling position, and the equipment automatically completes the filling of the material.
3. Heating and sealing: After filling, the hose is moved to the heating and sealing position, and the tail of the hose is sealed by heating inside and outside.
4. Coding and trimming: After sealing, the equipment automatically prints the batch number, production date and other information on the hose, and performs trimming.
